Description
These Vanilla Nougat Keto Protein Bars are chewy, lightly sweet, and packed with clean protein—perfect for meal prep, post-workout snacks, or afternoon cravings on a low-carb diet.
Ingredients
160 g (⅔ cup) Clear Fibre Syrup
100 g (1 cup) whey protein isolate
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon flaked almonds
2 tablespoons MCT oil (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat the syrup in a large heat-safe bowl in the microwave for 45 seconds or until you see it start to bubble.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir.
3. Using your hands, mash and mix until it forms a sticky but dry dough.
4. Press into molds or a slice tray.
5. Refrigerate until set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Optional: drizzle with melted keto chocolate or fold in chopped nuts for variation.
