2 teaspoons vanilla extract or paste
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer.
2. Beat until the frosting is light, fluffy, and smooth.
3. Pipe or spread over cooled cupcakes or desserts.
4. Chill for firmer texture, if desired.
Notes
Use powdered erythritol or allulose for best texture.
Softened butter is key to smooth mixing.
