These Keto Fish Cakes are crispy outside, tender inside, and low in carbs. Perfect for a quick keto-friendly meal with classic flavor.
Ingredients
1 lb codfish
¼ cup coconut flour
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 eggs
1 small onion chopped
3 tablespoon parsley chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
1. Wash and pat dry the codfish.
2. Spray pan with oil, season fish, fry both sides until cooked.
3. Cool, then flake fish into small pieces.
4. Add onions, parsley, coconut flour, eggs, and spices. Blend coarsely.
5. Shape mixture into patties using ¼-cup measure.
6. Fry patties in olive oil 3 minutes per side until golden.
Notes
Let shaped fish cakes chill in fridge for 10 minutes before frying for best results. Serve with keto mayonnaise or lemon wedges.
