Description

½ cup (50 g) shredded cheddar or mozzarella

2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning


Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat (or microwave), stirring occasionally, until the cheese is fully melted and the queso is heated through.

3. Once heated through, taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
