Ingredients
1 cup (30g) cilantro or parsley or mix of both
1 tablespoon fresh oregano or ½ tsp dried
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup (60g) extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons (30g) white vinegar
Pinch chili flakes (optional)
Salt flakes and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Finely chop the cilantro, oregano and garlic.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Notes
Use as a marinade, topping, or dressing.
Add parsley for a milder herb profile.
