Description
Basil chimichurri is a sweet, herbaceous twist on classic Argentinian sauce. Perfect for grilled meats, roasted veggies, or sandwiches.
Ingredients

1 cup basil (30g/1oz per cup)
1 tablespoon fresh oregano or ½ tsp dried oregano
1 clove garlic
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil (60g)
2 tablespoons white vinegar (30g)
Pinch chili flakes (optional)
Salt flakes and black pepper
Instructions
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Pulse until smooth and bright green.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
